It’s that time again! The 2019 Year end BBQ is coming up on June 20th! We are excited for this one as the Schock family has very generously put together some carnival games and prizes for the kids to enjoy and The Lion’s Club of St. Albert has offered a number of volunteers to cook for us!
We will start off the evening at 5pm with games and THE DUNK TANK (that’s right! The dunk tank is back again! We already have teachers signed up to take the plunge! Who do you think will be in the hot seat this year?!).
Food service will begin at 6pm. You can pre-order your food on this link: https://form.jotform.com/91478785694277 or by sending in the form that came home in your child’s backpack (also attached to this email).
If you are able to volunteer your time to help run the games and sell tickets please sign up here: https://volunteersignup.org/KQ78L We need a number of volunteers to make this evening a success! This year we are offering a free food voucher to anyone that pre-registers to volunteer! Mature students or older siblings can also volunteer to help out with the carnival games. We will contact volunteers for their food order prior to the evening of the BBQ.
