Student Belongings - Pick Up Schedule

Dear Bertha Kennedy Parents and Guardians,

Further to the communication sent by the superintendent on March 16th, we are providing a schedule for students to pick up their term two report cards, resources, and belongings.  Please bring in any library books and completed assignments needing to be assessed.  If your child has medication stored at the office, please stop in to pick up.

The following schedule is for tomorrow, Wednesday, March 18

Last names starting with;

A - L from 9:00 - 10:00 am

M - R from 10:30 - 11:30

S - Z from 1:30 - 2:30

These suggested times are preferred in order for us to limit the number of gathered people.  Please honour your scheduled pick up time, however, if one of the other times works for you, please come in then. 

When you arrive at Bertha Kennedy, please limit the number of people coming with you into the building as we need to maintain numbers under 100.  Entrance and exit is to happen only through the front entrance.  Practice social distancing and restrict your visit to less than 15 minutes per family.  

We are missing our students and families very much and we wish you the best as we all navigate through this time.
